  • Impressive.  Sushi chefs' attention to detail is apparent.  The salmon, tuna, and yellowtail I had each enjoyed its flavor plain.   Melt-in-mouth consistency and fresh, flavorful plates and friendly staff make this among the best Sushi you can enjoy local to Albany.  Consistent in flavor, presentation, complex-order big-party attention-to-detail, and attentive staffing.
